Can I receive the material and submit my review without creating a profile?
To access the material and submit your review, you must create a reviewer profile and submit your review through our administrative system.
How do I create my reviewer profile?
Use the link in the email you received from us. Make sure to use the same email address you received the invitation with when creating your reviewer profile.
How do I access the application and submit my review?
You can access the application and submit your review online by creating a reviewer profile in our administrative system. Use the link in the email you received from us and ensure you use the same email address when creating your profile.
I can see the title of the application when I access my reviewer profile, but how do I view the material and submit my review?
Click on the application title to access the material. You can then submit your review by clicking the "Review application" button.
How do I receive the payment for my review?
After submitting your review, you’ll be prompted to provide the necessary details for payment. You can expect payment within two months of submission.
I cannot see the application or the material when I log into my profile. How do I fix this?
Make sure you’ve created a specific reviewer profile using the link in the email you received from us. It’s crucial that you use the same email address when creating your profile.
I submitted the wrong payment information / My payment info has changed. How do I edit/change this?
If you need to update your payment information, please send us an email at review@trygfonden.dk, and we will provide you with a secure link to safely update your details and submit them again.
What are the conflict of interest rules for reviewers and applicants?
Our guidelines concerning conflicts of interest state that a peer reviewer should not:
- be a colleague of the applicant
- currently have some kind of personal relation to the applicant
- be involved in an ongoing or planned research collaboration with the applicant
- have published any research articles in collaboration with the applicant within the last year (Relevant publication are defined as research articles only. Other types of articles - e.g. editorials and policy briefs - are not covered by this rule.)
If any of these conditions apply, please declare the conflict of interest and decline participating in the review of the relevant application.
